Terms of Service

1. Agreement. By accessing aigadgets.tech or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be legally capable of entering a binding contract.

3. Products and descriptions. We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, colors, or specifications are error-free. Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly in color or finish. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change specifications without notice.

4. Pricing. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, ordering by a reseller, quantities we deem excessive, or errors in pricing or availability. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the order ships.

6. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. You warrant that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and risk. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for detail. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though we will still assist with lost-parcel claims as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Returns. Governed by our Refund & Return Policy, incorporated here by reference.

9. Product use and safety. Our products are consumer electronics sold for ordinary domestic use. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and no product description should be read as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — including any item described as a massager, therapy device, monitor, light-therapy unit, or wellness aid. Consult a qualified professional before using any such device if you have a medical condition.

10. Intellectual property. All site content — text, images, layout, and branding, including the AITECH™ mark — is owned by or licensed to AI Gadgets LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Prohibited use. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its operation, or to transmit malicious code.

12. Disclaimer of warranties. The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify AI Gadgets LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in United States.

16. Changes. We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
