We operate with a 30-Day Frictionless Return Policy. If your new hardware doesn't perfectly integrate into your lifestyle, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Devices must be in their original packaging and condition.
How long does it take to receive my AITech gear?
Hardware orders are processed and calibrated within 24-48 hours. Standard global shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your region. You will receive a live tracking link via email to monitor your payload the moment it leaves our fulfillment center.
Do you deploy internationally?
Yes. We ship our smart ecosystems globally. Shipping algorithms will automatically calculate costs and estimated delivery times at checkout based on your exact coordinates. Shipping is free on all orders over $50.
