1. The 30-Day Window

We operate with a strict 30-Day Frictionless Return Policy. If your new hardware does not perfectly integrate into your ecosystem, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a Return Authorization Code.

2. Hardware Condition

To qualify for a full system refund, the hardware must be returned in its original, unmodified condition. Devices must be free of physical damage, reset to factory defaults, and include all original cables, manuals, and packaging.

3. Return Protocol

To initiate a return, contact our Support Technicians with your Order ID. Once approved, you will receive a digital shipping manifest. Note: Return shipping routing costs are the responsibility of the user unless the hardware is defective.

4. System Malfunctions

In the rare event of a critical system failure or transit damage, open a support ticket immediately with photo/video diagnostics. We will bypass the standard queue and expedite a replacement unit to your location at zero cost.

💳 REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once your returned payload arrives at our inspection facility, our technicians will verify its integrity within 48 hours. Upon successful verification, funds will be released back to your original payment node. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to clear the encrypted transaction.
